What size companies do you work with?
We're built for growing companies — typically teams of 20 to a few hundred people. If you've outgrown doing IT yourself but aren't ready to build an internal IT department, we're your sweet spot.
Do we have to use Slack?
Nope. We support Slack, Microsoft Teams, and email. We meet you wherever your team already communicates.
Will you make us switch our existing tools?
Never. If you have an MDM, EDR, or other tools you like, we'll manage them. We'll recommend best-in-class options based on our experience, but the decision to switch is always yours.
What's your response time?
Our average response time is incredibly fast. For critical issues, we're even faster. And because we're in your Slack or Teams, you'll see us working on it in real-time.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. We offer flexible engagement models — pay as you go, per person per month, or custom retainers. No 12-month lock-ins.
Can you help with compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA)?
Absolutely. We build the framework, implement controls, manage evidence collection, and walk you through audits from start to finish.
What if we already have an internal IT person?
Great — we play well with others. We can fill gaps around your existing team, handle overflow, or provide the strategic layer they don't have time for.
Do you handle physical IT — offices, networks, AV?
Yes. New office buildouts, network design and installation, conference room AV, hardware setup — we handle the physical layer too.
How does pricing work?
Three options: pay as you go (billed in 15-minute increments), per person per month, or a custom retainer. We'll recommend the best fit based on your team size and needs.
Do you use AI?
Yes — we use AI tools internally to make our team more efficient and effective. But we don't put an AI bot in between us and you. You'll never get a response from anything except a real human on our team.
